trailblazer instrument cluster interchangeability

Does anyone know what years of Trailblazer/Blazer or other GM clusters will replace one in a 2005 Trailblazer LT?

Whats the issue with the cluster?

Some dummy thought he could replace stepper motors and got some connections too hot and now they won't take solder. I think the copper pads were removed with the old solder. I am trying to find a replacement.

Ahh the good ol stepper motors. You can search on ebay for a replacement for your year, or even rockauto.com They are pretty common because of those damn stepper motors.

Sure they are all over but as I said mine is bad and they want $300. core charge or good core. My question was what else fits? I'm gonna do the junk yard.

When I swapped out clusters in my 98, I put 80,000 miles on it in that 1/2 hour.

Most years should fit as long as you find the cluster that has the same gauges... Head over to GMTNation and they can assist you better on the Trailblazer platform.
