uneven (cupped) right rear tire wear help
So i purchased a '98 jimmy 4x4 today and managed not to notice the extremly bad tire. All the tires are good except the one lots of tread and was parked on grass so i did not see the odd wear in the one spot. test drove on horrible MI rode and chuaked up the vibe to that:icon_doh:. so i got it on the highway and felt it i thought no biggie it was bad but not til like 75mph. so anyway is this caused by rear bearings f*ed up axle or what other then jacking it up and lookin for play in the suspension or bearings what can i do to figure out what the issue is. I knew it was to good a deal!lol

Usually cupping is caused by bad balljoints, its possible that tire was on the front and they they moved it to the location the driver notices the least.

Yeah i thought of that and called the people i bought it from and they had no idea if they had been rotated. I guess i just better get to lookin at it
