Default Vacuum line question

I just bought a 1995 blazer (2wd, CMFI) and there appears to be a unplugged vacuum line on the front drivers side (see picture). This vacuum line has one end (unplugged) that then travels to a T-connection where one side plugs into a "tube" and the other is unplugged.

Anyone know what this line is?

Thanks, Bruce

Hi Bruce I have the same problem with my 02 Chev Blazer , and from what I can tell after looking at countless forums... This line is not connected to anything on any of these vehicles.. but if you figure out something different please let me know

That should be a line from vacuum on the intake that goes to a vacuum reserve tank and also splits off as a plastic line going through the firewall to HVAC controls.

Here's a pic of mine (02, 2wd). Not sure the descriptions are right though https://blazerforum.com/forum/2nd-ge...86/#post727966
