Vacuum Line Question.

Can anyone tell me where this vacuum line is supposed to go? It is up near the Brake Booster tee'd into a larger line going into the back of the intake manifold. Thanks.

I believe that one is non-factory and has been teed into the brake booster line. Thus it is difficult to say exactly where it goes, but know there is a plastic vacuum canister inside the front fender near the brake booster. Also the vacuum hoses in this area tees to go through the firewall to the HVAC controls inside the cab. Also vacuum goes to the front axle solenoid at the center of the firewall if you have 4-button 4WD.

I think you can find photos of the standard vacuum hoses in this forum on the later model Blazers if you search a bit. Vacuum hose placement comes up fairly often.

I think that goes into the canister on the right fender - this may help. I had snapped a line replacing all the vacuum lines. But that goes into a very hard to see nipple on the driver's side fender, just peek your head as far down next to the brake booster and you will see it if in fact you do have the 4 button 4wd switch.
