Default Vehicle will not start when it is cold or has been raining.

My blazer will not start when it is cold outside or it has been raining, but after it warms up it will start fine like it has never had any problems. About half of the time if it will not start due to conditions outside I can get it to start by holding the gas pedal down and hard cranking. I am getting 4 codes p0300, p0305, p0410 and p0452. I have looked up all of the codes to try to figure out what they have in comon. I am trying to not spend a lot of money just throwing parts in to try and fix it. I am just looking for some good places to start.

when its dark out ,start it up and see if there is any arcing on the plug wires, spray a light mist of water on them and see, If they do..Time for new plug wires/Tune-up

Definitely see if you are losing spark out of the wires. If you cannot remember when the last time a full tune up was done, do one now (plugs, wires, cap, and rotor). This would not be considered throwing parts at a problem.
