where to find lube points

I have a 2003 Chevy Blazer 4x4 and looking to do a lube job myself. Is there a diagram anywhere that would show where the lube points on my vehicle is? Do you just grease till you see some starting to come out?

Well, today I did my own oil change. Lubing not so lucky. Couldn't get to most of them.

Turning the front wheels helps to access those inner joints. But still requires a flexible hose.
