I just replaced my bushings and pins this passed summer.

I have the exact same problem, my passenger's side floor is soaked. I had the bushings and pins in my driver's side replaced a year ago, but I could tell that needed to be done at the time due to the door being hard to close. That isn't the case with the passenger side door, it closes smoothly and easily.

Go take a good look at them. Even cracked bushings can cause problems.

I did mine 2x in 9 months.

Does anyone have a picture that shows under the truck what this evap hose looks like? I've heard you can blow compressed air up in the tube and water will run out and unclog the line. This is supposed to take care of the sloshing sound behind the dash too from what I've read/heard. I just don't know if this is a 1/2 or 3/4 inch hose or what to look for.

I changed my pins/bushings a month ago and still have the problem. I noticed 2 new things however. When I park on a hill for more than 30 minutes, with the front of the vehicle facing downhill, a huge puddle forms on the passenger's side. Also, after it rains, there is a sloshing noise in the back of the vehicle. It almost sounds like there is a huge cooler with nothing but ice and water in it in the back. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you ever find the problem? Mine does the same thing...

Mine did it too.

In the back, underneath the vehicle, there is a steel tubing cross member, part of the frame I think, that has 2 small, short rubber drain hoses, about 3/8" diameter. One on each side. I think they're for carrying water away from the louvers or "gutters" behind the rear-most side glass panels.
Mine were clogged. I stuck a pen in them and water spurted out. I cleaned them out with pipe cleaners and it has not re-occurred. No more sloshing every time I made a turn.

Yea, after reading this I went down and pulled those out... about a gallon of water came out...they were clogged with dirt, problem fixed! just have to reinstall them now

I'm pretty sure this is my problem. Where exactly are the drain hoses located? I was under the vehicle today and had no luck finding them.

I took another look under mine.
The drain tubes are under the vehicle, right underneath the rear door/hatch.
I was mistaken before stating that it was part of the frame. I think it is part of the back door/hatch body assembly.

This is what it looks like on my 2001 :
