Ok i just bought this blazer and the guy told me it had some kind of problem that rarely happen, the problem was that when trying to start it if the lights on the dash didnt start it wouldnt start, it would crank but not start. I would keep trying and finally it would eventually start when the light did come on, this problem has worsened and i havent moved the truck in 2 days. I need help and i have no idea what it is!

P.S. its a 97 blazer with the 4.3l sfi 6cly 4*4

 

My first thought is a failing ignition switch. Read this thread and see if it helps.
