Glad it fixed the problem.
Yea, I haven't found any hard fast rules to pin down which side is going out. Not even a slight wobble is proof that is the bearing making the noise. Even bearing with no wobble make noises.

It sounds like you guys have these wheel bearings figued out, that's great.
Under most conditions if the noise is on a right turn, it's the left bearing, due to weight shift and vise versa.

Just to add a warning comment from personal experience and probably a one in a million occurance.
I had a right front wheel bearing sieze on one of my trucks at 95mph, 50 miles from the nearest town in the middle of the night on a mountain highway with very little traffic. I lost the brakes because the rotor was vibrating so violently that it was pushing the caliper piston back in and I couldn't get brake pressure.
long story short...I survived.

My point is that if you have a bearing, steering, suspension or brake related problem, please attend to it as soon as possible. There is no telling how long it will go before a major failure.

Good idea Knownothing, bearings are not something you want to mess with, which is why I was starting to get a little nervous. As for saving money, you can get hub assemblies at Autozone or advanced auto for a lot cheaper then what I paid (around $140). Just make sure the assmbly has the wirecoming out of it for the antilock sensor, I know my Bravadahad to have that not 100% on the balazer 4wd.If you know which side is bad you can also just replace that side and save money.

Biggest thingsI hear about those cheaper bearing sets is they sometimes will go out again prematurely as in 2-3 years later. Outside of that they will work fine and save you a boatload of money. For me I tend to drive vehicles until they are officially done normally well beyond 200,000 miles so it was in my best interest to get the better quality assembly sets now.
