2005 Adding Aftermarket HU

So I have a 2005 2Dr 4X4 Blazer, the stock 6CD RDS unit is basically useless today because I have over 100GB of high quality MP3s and Flac files. So I decided to upgrade, I took my time and a couple of months to set aside some cash and find the right unit. Finally I found a Head Unit that's a Tech guy's wet dream. The EONON GA9180A has all kinds of great options and it may not be cheap but it's a hell of a lot cheaper than brand name units with similar options. So I bought it (fully aware they don't have a harness that matches my truck) figuring I could tear down the harness and build my own (Which I believe I can). I've figured out that I can't figure out how to retain the stock steering wheel controls though (which the HU does allow for), and that being a small part of why I bought this unit I thought I'd search around and see if anyone else has a solution for this. The Harness they sent with the HU is for a 2009 Chevy Avalanche (among a dozen other models), basically I'm trying to see if anyone knows of a harness or electronic unit that'll help me go from the 2005 blazer (female) harness to a 2009 avalanche (male) harness or even better, if someone is smart enough to help me customize the harness they sent me.

I've attached everything I've been able to figure out about the Chevy harness and the HU harness so far. I have emails out to Eonon to see if they can give me a more detailed pinout for the HU and the Harness that goes with it.
