Custom 12" sub box help
I think I have designed a box that will fit in the back corner of my 02 4dr Blazer. There is a little space between the wheel hump and back corner of the tailgate. I just bought a Sony XS-L126P5 from my work for $20 so I thought making a box would be a fun experience. I was wondering if anybody knows where I can find the space required for a sub to hit properly.

usually it's on the manufacturer's specs for the sub... comes in the box when you buy it... for yours the net volume should be 0.77 cu-ft.

remember it's net volume, so the .77 is the volume after you subtract the volume of the sub itself. This is also for a sealed enclosure.... a ported one will need more volume. The second page of the spec sheet has the recommended size for a ported box..
