Help me find the thread...

I remember a time ago when there was a thread were someone managed to modify their fender/battery holder to accomodate dual batteries! I think it was on here, but regardless, if you have any idea about what im talking about please post a link up.

i have been googling and searching for three freakin days!

i dont ever remember seeing it. With mine i plan on mouting the second one under the drivers floor. There is an opening big enough to mount one. You would have to make some kinda box and bolt or weld it to the frame.

hey thats a good link, but not the one, lol!

the one im trying to find is were he essentially rotated the stock battery by 90 degrees then "pushed" it back into the fender as to accomodate another infront of it. could have swore it was a write up, but coulda just been from a bigger project. i do specificaly remember him having to "notch" out a tiny spot on the lip where the hood overlaps the fender.

ringin any bells? lol!

i remember someone notching the fender a bit but that wasnt for dual batterys. It was one big one. I think it was a kenetic

im trying to fit two optimas under the hood, lol! There just isnt enough room, lol!

any links are awesome, well just make this thread a hub of multi battery mods links!

again thanks to everyone throwing suggestions/ideas out there!

ive looked into doing it with mine but i dont think its possible if you want to keep everything under the hood.

it doesnt sound possible to do if your going to keep everything. I had to notch my fender to fit a kinetik 1800 and that doesnt even take up as much room as 2 batteries would
