installing a new head unit

1 Attachment(s)
Alright im looking to install this head unit-

This unit says it will fit without modification on crutchfield web site for the 97 Chevy blazer 4 door, with factory head unit. What else should i buy to make this installation. And does anyone know a good instructional video or something easy to show me how to install it? Do i need a new wiring harness? Do i need an installation kit of some sort? If someone can help me out that would be greatly appreciated!

This is what i got now-

You will need a wiring harness and dash kit but I cant remember if crutchfield automatically includes that with your purchase or not. Just before you check out make sure you have those items. It is very simple to wiring in a radio. The back of your harness package will give you the information needed. It is all color coded. If this is your first time doing it you may spend an hour on the project from start to finish.

Being honest and speaking from experience dude you should really explore a different option then that Dual headunit. They are not great quality at all. Look into a Pioneer, JVC or Kenwood. You will be happy there. Might spend a little more but it will save you in the long run

Taking that Panel off is a B*tch. i installed a kenwood unit in my '95. You'll also need the kit ot go from 1.5din to a single din.
