this may sound a little overkill, but i think you will like it. im not releasing the design just yet - but im installing going to begin building my new box in about a week or two. the interesting thing about this box is going to be the contents of it.

12 inch sidewinders

not 2
not 4
not even 6


but 12 of the 12 inch sidewinders.

yeah - thats right, 12.
each will be getting about 500 watts rms and 1000 max.

so to recap - 12 12inch sidewinder subs, with 500/1000 watts, in a blazer.

questions? Comments? Thoughts or Ideas?

i believed you about the box issues and all, thats hy i said i'd wait till i saw the new vids. i've seen this truck before but i have to take baby steps Jon, common now.i started with 10's, then 4 twelves, then planned 8 15s but instead getting 12 12's.

the Lanzar Vibe 3100D's. it pushes 3000 rms at 1 ohm at 12.5 volts. I talked to a official lanzar rep that informaed me that with the power setup im putting in, i should be running a constant 14.4 volts without dip and wired at 1.3 ohm i should get 3000 rms if not more like 3500 - safely. i am getting them for about 700 each with a one year warranty.

but i may be needing 4 now, i just put a call in to MD car audio and they should be calling me back soon with the mounting depth of the 12 inch Napalms. If it works in this box design, i will be running 12, 12inch napalms. then well see whats what.

PS- Dont try this at home, I may have lost my mind - Putting these speakers and that power into one vehicle is most likely not safe in the least. (Thats my disclaimer)








EDIT - Napalms only need an extra inch of mount depth, project altered - NAPALMS WILL BE USED! 12x 12 incj Napalms at 1000 rms each. In a 92 blazer. YEAH!!!!
