K5 blazer dash modifying ideas

Default K5 blazer dash modifying ideas

allright im starting to look into modifications to my k5 after the floor panels are done>see build thread for more info

i want to hear eveyones ideas for modifications i can do to the dash/speakers, more the dash and electronics than the radio but i want to hear suggestions. heres a pic of a modded k5 that im getting some ideas from. what do you guys think?

other than the CB, gauge below the radio, and the 2 switches in where the ash tray was, what's been "modded" in that truck?

like i said to you before, go with a nice set of Autometer gauges-they practically fall into place. even take a look @...........can't remember his name now.........that newer member here.....bigchief? something like that (has that dropped orange K5), i believe his dash is done like i had in my LB.

yeah i've seen his truck before, its a nice looking truck with the gauges. i priced out autometers and they were very expensive. i don't know if you know somewhere to get them cheaper. im not looking to do anything super major. the floor panels are the pricey part of this project right now.
