What is it that you are trying to do? Are the speakers BOSE or aftermarket? Is the headunit BOSE or Aftermarket? Do you have a multi-meter? You can check your speakers with the multi-meter on the Ohm scale. You can also check your speakers with a 9V Battery (YouTube has a video).

Do you have another speaker that you can use as a test speaker? It is either the headunit, the speakers, the wire in-between.

all stock bose with 6disc. when the wires are hooked up without the loc they work but no matter how i wire it from the instructions the door speakers dont work.

I am just curious what are you trying to accomplish if everthing works without the Line out converter? Are you trying to integrate added equipment into the Bose system? I am out of ideas to help you out. If you address what you are trying to do maybe some one else can chime in that has tried to do the same thing and maybe you can get it to work and maybe not. I know there are some on here that would just scrap the BOSE and go all aftermarket. For myself I like my BOSE system.
