New Speakers

Ok im tired of my speakers and its time for new ones. I never changed anything in my truck and i wanna know the following:

Will these speakers fit?
Do i use the same speakers for the back ?
Do i have to take the whole door panel off and if so how hard it it to take off.
I have a 99 LS
