The zapco amps were awsome. But I got rid of them, earlier this summer actually, so I could run all sundown since im the MD Rep.
Lets see, my best score with the Mojo 15s was a 149.9 walled at the c-pillar.
The 18s at the c-pillar I never metered cuz the box was to small for them so they didnt sound right to me.
The single 18 in the ABC box I did a 146.9.
The Napalms I did a 147.7.
The SI 15 did a 141.7 (SQ Setup)

Well, since I don't have much installed in the Jimmy yet, I only have one pic for it, but I'll post up a before and after on my van to contribute to the thread.
Just the PG RSD's right now. Need to convince the wife to leave me alone so I can get it done so I can put my ID CTX's, three SA-8's, Sundown SAX-125.2 and SAZ-1500 in there.

Here's the van before the rebuild. Worst money I've ever wasted on audio eqiupment.

Here's the van now.

damn that box is nice, love the nice wiring job too. what kind of plugs are those on the box?
im also running the same pg comps on 75rms per side. how do they perform on more power? i mean, mine are ok, but reading the reviews i was hoping for more midbass. wondering what more power does for it. but i guess that sax has alot more tweaks than my old concept amp..
i LOVE that box dude, i really need a router.

18sqin of port isn't really that much, do you have any port noise?
Now hear me out, but when a member of DIYMA modelled a 12w7 in winisd the boxes that show the most potential are 2.2 cuft sealed, or, yes.. hold your breath. 5cuft @ 21hz ported.
I personally don't see how that's even remotely close to accurate, i've never seen anything that wild.
I would probably go 2.2 @ 34-36hz, 25-30sq in of port, but that's me

once you get past 125wrms per side on the PG's the midbass really starts to shine (IMO). make sure the doors are properly deadened, too.

Here are some pics of my setup
The new floor welded in and all siliconed up just in case of leaks and to prevent rattleing

With the subfloor installed... As you can see I only lost less than 2 inches of factory storage space with this type of install...

subfloor in and box in the new floor with test subs installed

Foam and carpet getting applied

Carpet done except for the cut out of where the grille is going to be

grille before grille cloth installed

right before I put the cloth on the grille and installed it in the subfloor

final product...I dont know why the pic makes the carpet look blueish but it is gray...

Those plugs are Neutrik Speak-ON connectors, which are available at Parts Express. They make for a fantastic way to easily and cleanly connect/disconnect speaker boxes as they're non-shorting and built to handle/transfer in high power applications.
I have no idea how the PG's sound on more power. Right now the subs and amps aren't installed yet so they're just running off of the HU, though they do very well for such limited power. As the other guys said, a little more power and properly deadened doors will make a much bigger difference. Also you need to have them installed in some good, heavy MDF baffles as the factory plastic is a joke for mounting anything taking any real power. Mine make the plastic rattle now on just the HU.
Dimone, you put some major work into that dropped box and raised floor, nice job!

i have my JL components mounted in the stock blue "baffle" and i plan to take them out and build them out of some mdf and fiberglass... i just need to learn up on proper fiberglassing
yes, i said learn up.... don't ask why

being able to glass is easy, doing what you want it to is the tricky part lol.
on a side note, does anyone know if the bulbs for the dash warning lights are individual and accessable? to take out, break, or cover up with tape? please reply to my thread! lol /hijack

@alton....yeah it def took some time...I just got sick of never having room for stuff in the back and also sick of people jacking my systems so I decided screw it and went for it now when you look in the back through the window most people wouldnt even think there was a system in it....It helps that I have been into mods for over 10 years now and that I used to work at an audio shop building boxes for db contests and things like that... My setup is no competetion setup but it still will rattle your brain pretty damn good...Most of the time I have to turn the bass down on the hu because it just hits to hard to listen to constantly...lol
