speakers in rear lift gate
 

hi , can you put speakers in the rear lift gate , are there spaces for them or would i have to cut my own, if anyone has done this can you post some pics please

I don't know anyone that's done this, but I guess you could if you wanted to. What size speakers are you trying to put in?

It's very possible to do, although prudent planning and good installation would be required to ensure the sound was favorable.

A super solid mounting baffle to replace the flimsy plastic cover would be a definite requirement. Sound deadening would also be highly suggested to keep the resonances and rattles to a minimum. Otherwise it would be child's play to do in comparison to some build work.

Why would you want speakers there?
