stock ones aren't horrible, but I wouldn't say good either. you can prob pick up some decent pioneers for about 120 or so, thats for fronts and backs. Is yours a 2 or 4 door??? if two, just get two pairs of pioneer 6.'s and call it done. if you want a little better sound, get components for the front.

It's a 4 door. I think I will just buy everything in pieces. Head unit first, sub + amp second, and speakers later. I just wanted to make sure they would be alright for a while. Thanks. Any ideas about what sub+amp combo to get? I'm not trying to spend too much and I thought about getting something like 1 12 or 1 15.

for decent entry level, MTX 5500's. Step up a bit and go to kicker solobarics, squares or round,

ew stay away from the squares!

you shouldknow this man! come on! lol

that suspension sucks

if u think of getting a L7 DONT get teh CVX instead. Its basicaly the L7 only circle with a way better suspension

Cargo space isnt a factor? Im surface mounting a small sub into a rear panel on my 92 T-10 due to the cargo space issue. Itll help alot in finding exactly what you want.

Ya it doesn't really matter how much space it takes up.
