Would this fit in a '93 S10 Blazer?

As much as I love my factory Delco unit, I need something bluetooth enabled.

The 93 could have the same problem as the 94.

The audio unit is 1 1/2 size but the depth is not a standard size. At least not for our European ISO DIN standards. I had to make up a spacer to fit a 1 size DIN frame and cheapo radio.

Planning to replace with a 1 1/2 size or double DIN GPS/RADIO unit if it should fail.

You probably have to look and measure.

It can fit, but you have to cut things and move things around. Google double din in first gen blazer

That is my plan too.

Remove the ashtray, move the air outlets or create very slim ones on top,
make a fibreglass cover that fits a double DIN frame and makes more room towards the back.

Ok. I just remembered I had purchased a complete audio kit for my Ranchero... I have a BOSS 500W amp, wiring kit, BOSS bv7335b and some speakers (which I don't need in my Blazer). I'm just gonna use this instead... Much easier
Has anyone ever used this? https://www.hifisoundconnection.com/...C2-RadioKit251
I will just make it easier for myself if I can use this

I took the old harness and pinned out the radio side adapter. Then pinned short lengths of cable and a connection box to that so it plugs into the OEM harness.
Antenna was (still is) a nightmare. The coax is too short and I needed an extension for that.
The old style antenna on the fender is also a bad placement for VHF radios.

When it comes to changing the engine I'll probably also do an upgrade to DAB-T and add a Bluetooth box to stream off my phone.

I, unfortunately, don't have the patience for that... So I just have to hope that it works :icon_lolsign: and the kit comes with an antenna adapter
