6.0 in a 1984 full size Jimmy

Has anybody put a 6.0 fully computer controlled motor into a around 1984 K5 or Jimmy Sierra? If so how hard and how many issues did you have?

Sounds like a lot of wires to be run. I'd stick with carberated if i were you
