96' 6in lifted ls 4dr
 
Ford 9in front and rear , new 4.3 vortec engine , rebuilt trans 33in pro comp wheel and tire , hella lights , full sound system , but I need some help figuring out if I need the vacuum accumulator for the transfer case to shift since I am using ford 9 inch??

front 9" very custom!! if it has locking wheel hubs, no.

Vacuum switch on the t-case is used to engage the front axle on the stock IFS. The t case engages via an electric motor or manual lever on these trucks, no vacuum required.

You're going to want to disconnect and plug the vacuum feed going to the t case so you don't have a huge vacuum leak when you switch into 4wd.

Yeah I was pretty sure it was electronic , but I wasn't sure that if the diff. Didn't lock that it wouldn't tell it to go into 4 wheel .
