96 s10 zr2 build
 

ok so i just picked up a 96 ext cab 4.3 5spd zr2.
it will be my new project it has been kinda run down but i plan to bring her back. no pick cause it was late when i got it home but i will get some asap. it needs some body work bad it has no front flares $$$$ and a horrible bed liner job on the rockers also some bad tint work lol. it also needs shifter bushings pretty bad cause there is some fairly bad slop. but im back in the dime world.

when there is free time the prerunner bar will be coming off and a real prerunner bumper and skid plate will be made to take its place and one for the back also. it should be a good starting point for a rig 4.3 5spd nv233 and iron front diff.

the 4.3 5spd in this thing feels way peppyer then the 4.3 4l60e from my old 4dr blazer i know most of the power diff probably comes from weight but it is so much more responsive with the 5spd tranny. i plan to replace the shifter bushings. and clean the tb and remove that stupid half moon crap on the blade either friday or saterday

ok took a fresh pic of the z today pulled the stock bumper cover off it helps a lot with the prerunner look.
