It wouldn't be illegal as long as you don't add a push bar.
I had a similar one on my Nissan and had it positively checked by the TUV (german DOT) and also had many others for customer vehicles being street legal.



Yours looks good, but I would be a bit concerned about the weight, though

 

thanks and it really isnt that heavy havent weighed it yet but im guessing 70-80 lbs. max
