Ahhh reminds me of my blazer... Kind of makes me regret lifting mine and beating it up since when i got it my paint and interior was flawless.

 

I know! The first time I took it out and saw all the branch scratches I had to fight the tears back haha. Yours still looks super clean.
Where did you find your roof rack?

 

it was a friend's friend's... lol but you can get it on summit racing. its call a black widow made by rage. I have no idea where the roof light mounts came from thou... rage doesn't make light mounts

Got all the parts and metal in today. A few were incorrect so we had to send them back to the manufacture. Measuring and cutting up the metal soon for all the new perches and braces. Then to put it allllll together and see what kind of Cherokee coils im gonna be using up front.

Planning on late next week. ill try and get some pictures.

 

Well the blazer is still in the shop. Had to alter the Y pipe and waiting on those parts to come in. Other than that I got a few goodies for my trucks unveiling date.

A 5.3 with rebuilt tranny and t-case with HD internals! Had a buddy selling it and for the price of all that including a custom wiring harness and PCM ummm yeah ill freakin buy that!
Gonna sit on that for AWHILE as I do research and creep some peoples build threads on them. Seems pretty straight forward just time consuming which is not so good for me but we will see. Dont wanna get ahead of myself before my trucks even finished lol. Worse comes to worse I will part it out and sell it. Any input on that would be lovely! Thanks guys!

 

Well UPS just shipped the parts should be here tuesday... but hoping to be mobile wednesday or latest friday!

And doin research on the 5.3 swap, seems like its gonna be pretty simple. I dont know when ill have the money for that but you can be damn sure thats gonna be a detailed write up haha.
