im at 12degerees both pinion and drive shaft, i may play with it some more and look into a double cardon (double universal) drivshaft on the transfer case end, that should eliminate all the vibration completly..
now i just need to find some one to install a set of rear gears for a resonable price |
A CV will fix it up for sure, that's my next project with a SYE to get rid if my vibration. My driveshaft is at around 20 degrees, and the vibration won't go away no mater what angle I try running the pinion at.

i have a 2004 chevy blazer when i try put it in four high the light flashes and goes back to two hi or does nothing at all. i can put it in four low and i can hear the t.c. lock in and the switch inside goes to four low. well went to pull my wife's truck out last weekend and i put it in four low and all it would do is grid cause it wouldn't go in four hi. so i thought i would try and pull her backward's ( by me going in reverse in my truck) the front end worked untill i hit bout 3000 rpm and it like jumped out of four wheel drive just a second when i let of the gas and pressed it again the four wheel drive worked. as long as ur going backwards the four wheel drive works but will do nuthing but grid trying to go frontwards. any ideal what might be my prob. i have checked the vac lines under the battery and the actarator to they both seem to be doing there job. any help would be greatful. thanks
