Bo I love the look of the RC 2.5" lift. I trust it a lot more than cranking my t-bars. But I still might crank them before i get the lift lol.

great job on the bumper I like when ppl take the time to build their own parts that no one has and it inspires us all do do something different. cant wait to see the finished results of it

Thanks gents. It has been a ton of work with a ton of help.

Weld and grind, weld and grind, weld and grind.

I need to do something with the exhaust.

This bumper has been a ton of work. I gained 3" of ground clearance. 3" of length was eliminated. I measured the departure angle before and after. 29 degrees to 36 degrees. I did add some weight, but only 25lbs.

The hitch has a tube welded in. Here is a pic from under the bumper.

Blaz, that's a sweet bumper you've put together! Very nice work. Agreed on the exhaust though. Maybe you should just turn it so it come straight out the side or angled back at level from the exhaust hanger.

sorry to bother you again but would a body lift be better than a suspension lift? I'm not letting my truck rust ill be moving to Arizona in 2 years so rust won't be an issue after that. I can't grasp the idea of a body lift I don't like the gap they make but they do have gap gaurds. I still haven't made a desision on any because I've Hurd so many different things from different people. Reason I ask you is because we both have the same trucks... if I got a body lift is there something I'd want to change to my suspension such as shocks? or leave it the same??? Plz help
