Default cb antenna mount

ok i wanna put a cb antenna on my blazer just for the looks of it. but i dont know where on the back to put it. i wanna make a mount but dont know how. any help would be great! thanks

I think your In the wrong section but what kind of blazer do you have?

Yeah, this is the wrong section for this question. The best reception area would be the middle of the roof. I didn't want to drill any holes in the roof so I didn't take this route. Mine is attached to a piece of flat bar stock, a pretty thick piece. Then this piece of stock has a hole drilled on the right side of it and I mounted it to a huge bolt on the bumper. This way no holes are drilled in the blaze at all. Looks very clean. Used a beehive connector to mount the antenna to the piece of bar stock. If you want pics, let me know.

yup thats where i got mine ... no holes at all



magnet and its unscrewable when i need to remove it

Not the best quality pics, but they show where it is. The beehive connector is attached to the piece of stock. Then the 102 inch whip is attached to the beehive connector. This thing towers. Gotta put it under my roof rack so it doesn't scratch a drive thru or parking deck lol.

in the center if u want easy if u want best performance in the back...my build thread has pics of mine i did the hole drill and put it on a puck

I've got a piece of bar stock like Tibby, but I stuck mine underneath the driver's side taillight. Drilled some holes in the bar stock and used sheet metal screws into the body.

How do you think it would look if you did flatstock with dual antennas on the tail lights?
