Thanks Rex... I think I might need to add something to it, might later down the line. I am going to hook the lights up and start on the roof rack today. That is if I don't get a call to go to work lol.

Thanks .....Almost have the roof rack done just trying to figure out how to do/build the mounts on it. The rack is about 1.5 inch on ech side on the out side of the stock mounts. I don't rly want to use the stock mounts. If any one has any ideas please feel free to say thanks....

You could fab up new bars like I did. They have been well tested on tree limbs lol! No more ripping off like the factory rack did! Only cost me about $40 but you have to weld them.

Did you use the factory bolt holes to mount it or make new ones ?

Factory. But I ground out the punts and put bolts through to the inside of the cab.

I got most of it done and bolted it all up... Ended up drilling out the stock bolt holes and putting in new nuts and bolts OMG what a pain but at least its done. Sprayed it with bed liner coating like the way it looks on there all I have left is Just have to hook up the lights and mount the runners on it. Happy with how it turned out.... here are some pics.
