Engine replacement
 

I have a 2000 blazer with 111k. Has piston slap and low oil pressure
I was going to go with the jasper crate engine. I would like to add some type
of performance to it when I get it. I have read about the marine intake and wait 4 me
tune. Also going to do a 2.5 in lift around the same time.

Look forward to hearing from you all. I plan to hunt and off road with it mostly.

111k sounds low for an engine to go up. I grabbed a junkyard engine with 114k about 5 years ago and it has been fine. I think Jasper makes a good engine but you might save a bunch by finding a good used one.
