thats not a bad idea. I might have to do the same with mine. I tried bondo on the drivers side and it didnt turn out like i expected. I was my first time using bondo though.

sadly matt i dont own the shop anymore had to close down due to the economy and no work coming in the doors. so i dunno if/when i could get them done. its a weekend project i know that but i have to get in touch with my painter and see when he would be able to paint them.

 

i did the trim panels with herculiner and i like it but bondo'ing the panels wouldn't be to hard i have used bondo a couple times on my rig and you cant even tell where i used it as long as you sand it down to look good it is hard to tell where u use it also you have to have a good paint job to mask it

 

If you have never used bondo before you may try using glazing putty. Get a very small spreader and put it on a little at a time straight from the tube and sand with a finer grit paper. If you have small chips and such glazing putty works pretty good.

 

I just bought a xtreme blazer and i was wondering if anyone knows how to take these panels off, i live in GA and i would like to get the fixed and painted to match the truck.

 

That look really good. How are you at color matching and how much would you want to do it?
