Solid axle stuff is easy... and luckily those waggys have kind of a cult following so there is a great after market for them. check out here if you havent already International Full Size Jeep Association - Powered by vBulletin

also..

Did the PO tell you what they did for a lift? Looks like a SOA conversion in front with the stock springs... and maybe blocks / shackle flip in the rear?

If it has any bump steer it looks like it could use a drop pitman if it doesnt have one already

Irocz327 05-09-2013 09:23 PM

SOA front w/ rear waggy leafs. Blocks on the rear. I'm not a fan of the blocks but for now they'll have to do until I can afford new lift leaf packs.
As far as the suspension up front goes. its on the back burner.
Right now I wonna get my harnesses all figured out & R&R where needed to clean up the chaos. after that R&R seal/leaks on drivetrain w/ all new fluids in everything.
Then interior/exterior. THEN... suspension fixes and upgrades.. lol

& REX- Man I need to get the 5.4 pulled out of an expedtion this wkend that's been sitting in my garage since feb. so I can have room to get the jeep in while I wait for them to get the parts for the expedition. lol..

So that first project is to tackle the engine harness. Does anyone know where I can find a diagram of the eng harness or at least of injector pump?

rexazz2 05-12-2013 06:29 PM

not much different than most jeeps, a pile of bastard parts
I was always a little shocked when somebody needed a part and it would the same one used on a GM
That deisel should be able to pull you just about anywhere you what to go
Had a couple company supplied shop trucks with the 6.2 and other than being a bit of a PIA in cold weather they had lots of pep

So haven't gotten a ton done yet, but did manage to get the return line on the heatercore ran & coolant in it. I also got about 90% of my e fan & coolant tank installed. hopefully will be able to finish the mounts & the little bit of wiring this week.

FYI the zip ties were just there temporary until I had time to finish the mount.

SO this is wiring Diagram for my E fan. right now I'm running a dual speed single blade thats about 16ins I had for the bravada but decided to put in the jeep since it needed one for right now. so right now I only have the high hooked up because the low speed is burnt out so I'm gunna order a new motor or add another fan.
until then this is how I wonna wire it up so could you guys spot check me & let me know if it's good. & note the breaker is meant to be distribution block on the fire wall & the relay first off the Ign is goin to be my ign source for any other relays in the eng. compartment.https://blazerforum.com/forum/attach...ine=1369276002
