with parts and labor i was about $2000. i did help him when i could too, that price includes wheels, tires, springs, and misc parts. almost all the stuff i used were used, the only new things were the toyota spring hanger and bilstein shocks. craigslist is awesome!!! now im about $4500 deep into it with all the upgrades ive been slowly doing.

u could probably do it cheaper, just gotta start looking for stuff if u wanna do it, slowly get ur parts and keep ur eye out for good deals. like me, i got my axles for $700 for the pair. front is a high pinion dana44 and rear is a scout dana44. front was rebuilt when i bought it with upgraded axle shafts. i dont know if thats a good deal or not, but i thought it was. considering the front axle could sell for about $500 on its own.
