A 7" lift isn't going to come cheap. But here's a good list another member put together https://blazerforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16186r

If it's 4wd Jack it Up! 2wd Lower it! Honestly blazers look good either way. I know anything above 17" rims and your ride starts getting pretty rough if it's 4wd. My tires take 55psi so it's like riding on hard wood tires lol. Put some pics of your blaze on here and i'll give my opinion as to what I think will look good.

Ok funny thing i dont really know if its 4wd or 2wd lol. its a 1996 chevy blazer LS. Its got drums in the back so i think is a 2wd. but anyways i posted a pic tell me what you think i should do. Im also going to put some fender flares that i got. Should i use wider tires because i tried them on and the tires i got now looked way too skinny for the flares lol.

First, check on your dash to the right of your steering wheel. Should have a selector "2w HI 4w HI 4w LO"

or, to confirm 100%, check under your front end. If you see coil spring, you're 2wd, if you have shocks/struts and torsion bars, you're 4x ;)
