And they are replacing ALL my worn suspension components!

Update:

Bought a set of 5, 33x12.5x15 BFG ATs, on Black Soft 8's 15x8x4BS from a sad fellow on Craigslist who had inadvertently rolled his 2dr blazer down a hill a week earlier! Sucks for him, but good for me, I'll just say I thought it a pretty sweet deal we came to, Thanks Buddy!

DIY Lightbar

I started with a 48" chunk of aluminum, then jb welded washers to it, sprayed with etching primer, and finally rubberized coating! Slaped some cheap 55w lights on and wired to a GM style weather plug. Enjoy the pics!

I cut the tubing down to ~37.5" if I remember right. Jb welded big washers on top, and little on the bottom.

I layered on the jb weld between sanding, Lots of JB weld and sanding!
http://img846.imageshack.us/img846/2052/sam2257p.jpg

Looking Good!
http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/5374/sam2258k.jpg

I drilled holes in the tubing and ran the power wires inside then drilled and tapped holes for the ground wires.
http://img832.imageshack.us/img832/3590/sam2265w.jpg

The brackets are made from angled aluminum, I cut an aluminum plate and tapped it, the plate fits inside the stock luggage rack bars and these brackets screw into the plate. For the ends I used "furniture caps" available at your local hardware store.
http://img42.imageshack.us/img42/8118/sam2267.jpg

I wired the lights into two banks, center and outer.
http://img812.imageshack.us/img812/4655/sam2268.jpg

I still need to work on the internal wiring.
