I figured that might have been the culprit because when you look at the truck head on, the left headlight housing s a bit darker inside. I guess this is incentive to get my clear lens headlights and signals. lol

Clear lens headlights fog up like it's their job.

Well nevermind that haha.

Updates! I'm leaking at the end of the axle on the same side my bad bearing is.

So I guess next Monday or this coming Sunday will be time for me to finally get off my lazy ass and fix it!

I'll try to take pics to make a How-To. I noticed a few topics with an aid in doing this, but nobody has any visual help.
I have a friend with an '01 Jimmy that did his rear bearings before, and his brother is a GM certified mechanic, so I'll be in good hands.

Another update is I got in contact with DDM tuning and they said since the guy I bought it from bought the lights I have to see what they can do about my burnt HID lamp.
Too bad I lost the e-mail address. :icon_doh:

Well, that's back to square 1...

Well I got stuck at the pin bolt. It's stuck in there, and I have tried almost everything to get it out.
Now, it's rounded off, chewed up, and has a groove in it for a large flat head screwdriver.
I didn't think it'd be this hard.

God I need to figure out what to do about that damn bolt. It's driving me crazy knowing this ONE thing is what has been holding me back. Especially because I have all the parts waiting at home.

Very good effects too. Looks great so far.

I retract my statement about clear headlights. My new ones don't fog up, or haven't really yet. They did a bit when washing the truck but defogged quickly. My old projectors fogged.

Alright! Update time! :icon_woot:

I spent this past Wednesday and Thursday fixing the rear bearing, and boy that was something I hope to not got through, again.
