Wheel bearing shot, feels like it's full of sand. CV is missing both boots and has a lot of play. So replacing both. I replaced both 2 years ago. The driver side is still running the original parts.

Yeah got hub assembly coming and got a buddy that has a pair of brand new cv axles. I did find axles last night for my sas though. Then this morning I had to go rescue my wife's Tahoe from the side of the interstate. She lost the fuel pump so that's ordered now.

Spring time is my favorite time to go wheeling. Snow and mud. I'm still working fortunately but the wife and boy have been stuck home for a week. So every couple of days we been going out and seeing how far up the canyons we can get. Don I need to wash it we got pulled over on the way home tonight by a new copy lol. Couldn't see the license plate and obstructed view. Lol no tickets though. Amazing my front end is still holding up to the 35s and I haven't been nice to it.

Cary a small squeegee, wipe front windows and rear liscense plate, as long as you can see your side mirrors the back windows can be covered lol, well where I am anyways... wife hates it when I take the truck when we got weather like that, because eit comes home the same way. Lucky for her the truck isnt starting at the moment.... got a tester off my mechanic to see if my pump is going or gone... sounds like it's one and got fuel to engine, just need to check psi.

Well lost reverse in the Jimmy last week. I have found a trans with 60k miles on it to replace mine. The catch is I have to take the whole truck. It's a 97 4dr blazer with a blown motor but the rest of the truck is in great shape. Oh and I'm picking it up for $300! So I'm thinking either the Jimmy or the blazer is getting a carbed 350/700r4/208 and full sized solid axle swap.
