Good build so far! I wanna see more pics of that hood.

When I got the truck it had these scoops on here. They were for decoration only, not cool. So I cut through the fake screens and started cutting holes through the hood. The plan being to hook the intake to them. I am still fabricating new screens to put in front and still working on the air box to connect to the hood.

with new shocks and undercoating along the side. I still need to undercoat the fender flares and both bumpers. Also putting a 2 inch lift on next weekend.

I have some of the interior out right now for painting. Will post when done. Also pulled the tow hooks off to give them a coat of fire engine red.

wut did you use to paint the dash?

wreckhur Aug 7, 2010 12:42 AM

Needle nose pliers on the MAF. Rust-Oleum ford red ceramic engine enamel. I used the engine paint because it dosent chip off. Also for plastic you might wanna use a filler primer to smooth out the dimples in the plastic.

So of course it rained about an hour and a half after applying another coat of undercoating to the trim and sides, why do weather men get paid again? Anyways have some more pics up this afternoon.
