Kind of hard to do flat black when editing a chrome rim, but here ya go. I didn't edit the back wheel (kind of lazy right now) but I also did a black/chrome version which I think looks cool

I like them both. if you go with just painting the middle I would keep the pinstripe. if going all black I'd take the pinstripe off. also you should think about removing the orange reflector in your headlights.

Are you going to do powdercoat? I think gloss would be nice but if you want the flat look then go for it lol.

I am planning on painting them with plasti dip so incase I don't like how they look I can just peel it off

where can you buy the plasti dip? is it offered in others colors or just black?
