hdr pics
Awesome, I like the last pic the best. Are you using photomatix pic to create + and - exposure pics then merge them or are you taking separate pictures and merge them afterwards?
I attempted it once and just used the same basic pic and over/underexposed them in photoshop and used PS's HDR tool but it didn't turn out that great. Merging 3 or 4 separate pics looks nicer
Do you have a new/different pass front door? It looks a little darker and doesn't line up quite right.

Some pics really don't turn out well in HDR. These are some of them.
I'm no expert, but the little that I've dabbled it has to be a setting where you can't accurately capture the entire picture at one exposure, so you need three (or more).
The second to last one just looks like you raised the brightness on it.
Here are some good examples of before and after HDR IMHO.



And pardon the size but I had to include it. Here's one instance of HDR that was pushed too far:
