It's crazy how important heat is when you do it. I did mine without any heat gun. I did the drivers side on a 90+ degree day and it took less than 15 minutes. I didn't get around to do the passenger side until about a 70 degree day and it was in the shade. Took over an hour to get that damn thing off.
