You know the tags that a carlot puts on their cars that will say the name and the town on it? I took mine off the back and it left I guess the glue they use to put it on with still their and I was wondering how you get it off or if you can?

An eraser wheel will do the trick. Or if its not to bad some goo gone and some elbow grease.

Someone said I could use a clay bar and soapy water?

Eraser wheel is quicker & much more easy. A little cheaper too.

I have used goo gone with great results.

You would suprised how a little WD40 will get rid of that stuff, even hardened pine sap. Spray, let is sit a few moments then rub it off. It will take it off in layers. This is not a one step process. This has to be done several times especially on hardened pine sap. Good luck.

x2 for the WD-40... works great.

Goo gone works wonders on removing left over glue goopies (yeah, thats right. I used the word goopies)
