96 or 97 mph I belive is the stock rev limiter. Ask timetoblaze...he has a power programmer and all sorts of other gadgets under his hood. he should be able to point you in the right direction.

yeah it should be around97-98 .... do you have a man or auto tranny..... my auto i just put on the firmest ... wont hurt it as long as you dont beat on it everyday....like take offs etc.... ...as for the 180 stat if the company sold it to you i would imagine its safe to use...im about to put one in my blaze.... i dont really see a reason why you wouldnt be able to use it its gunna keep your engine cooler and help with engine wear..... but thats just my 2cents

also you know that you have to run your reg gas down to about empty and put in 93 or any higher grade than reg before doing to the tuner or you will get pinging and no one likes a pinger.....

i don't mean to be a dick, but 96 or 97 mph would be the speed limiter. the rev limiter limits the rpm's of the motor. say you manually select 1st gear, floor it, and forget to upshift, you won't float your valves or blow your motor. sorry, i couldn't help it[sm=smiley24.gif]

Max stock rpm on the blazer is 4600rpm, at least thats what mine was. I reprogrammed to 5300 i believe. Setting it too high can put wear on your engine if u plan on stomping it a lot.....
