1998 blazer 2wd LS rough idle
 

Hello,

The problem I am having is a slight rough idle through out the whole engine cycle. I am getting bad fuel mileage in addition.Please help me, I am unclear what to do next.

I have 1998 chevy blazer LS, 4.3 2 wd . Here is what I have fixed or replaced:

Replaced O2 sensors
Spark Plugs and Wires
Spider injectors
cap and rotor
new air filter
fuel filter
just about all you can replace externally on the motor

no engine codes or other light indicators have surfaced

Symptoms I have discovered:
oil in radiator but not on dipstick
broken engine mounts
Engine still runs strong with little or no hesitation
Engine is not overheating or no deposits of water or oil coming out the tailpipe.
I am the second owner of this truck.The truck has approx. 169k miles on it and has been well maintained for the most part.

Please help with your suggestions.
