cruise control isnt working 97 blazer
 

my cruise light was on but it would not engage. now the light isnt on and still wont work . but i found a vac hose that was off . i put it back on but still dont work. are there any fuses hid away some where cause i checked the fuses in the fuse box on the side of the dash.
