HELP .Fuel Injector Group C Circuit/Open

Today I got a code P2152 Fuel Injector Group C Circuit/Open showing on my 95 blazer multiport injection.
having trouble finding any possible causes/fixes

has anyone else had this trouble code come up for them, and have a solution for it?
does it mean I am only running on 4 cylinders?
the check engine light has not come on but stores the code
