If you have actual spark at the coil (yes, plug a spark plug on the end of a plug wire into it directly to tell), then you may have distributor in 180° out Remember takes 2 revolutions of the crank to make #1 cylinder fire - you may have all the marks lined up, but for #4 cylinder. Read expanded stuff here to put on TDC #1 - especially about feeling compression on #1 cylinder as the marks start to get close: https://www.justanswer.com/car/1bz2b-2001-chevy-blazer-harmonic-balancer-two-marks.html?r=aw|271445|0&awc=7742_1539359691_bdedc a2463af98f8650c5c3ec3cccfa4
Good luck and best wishes for a successful repair.
p.s. These distributors do not have points.

If distributor is in correctly and you have spark at the coil, then check fuel pressure with a gauge and use a noid light on the injector harness to see if injector pulses are being delivered.

Report your findings please and we will help

I will try that when I get off work I used a screw driver and and watched it come all the way out until it was about to go back down and the balancer was lined up and still got nothin but I'm gonna try putting my finger over the hole and feel for compression

I tried what you said tdc on compression stroke even installed a new coil and set the distributor and still no spark after cranking for 15 seconds

Don't be insulted by this recommendation but I only suggest it because I once did it: Is there a rotor under the cap?

If that is not it, perhaps you should put in the old distributor since you knew it at least kind of worked.

The first thing that comes to my mind is a ground wire thats disconnected or very loose.

Replaced every sensor that could make it not spark and for some reason when we hook a obd2 up to it the rpms wont read we took off to coil wire on my buddys s10 and plugged the obd2 into it and his rpms read so I know its suspose to read when turning over what could cause my rpms not to read and could it cause it to not have spark

It finally threw a code

What could cause this code with a new sensor

Here you go. Did the code set while you had the crank sensor disconnected?
