My 2004 blazer won't engage the four wheel drive. I have had the linkage checked out, all the vacuum lines look good, and the drive shaft turns from the transfer case to the front axle. We can't find a ground going to the actuator in 2wd. Should I have constant ground to the actuator, or not? What should I consider as the next move?
