1993 S10 Blazer Code W Vin (Vortex Inj?) 35 & 44 Dies on Idle

Hello all,
OBD I CODES 35 & 44

1993 S10 Blazer 4.3 4x4 4dr ABS W Vin (Vortec top to the engine but no other Vortec parts looks different than other vortecs I've seen online)

Had my Blazer and have taken it to the shop several times but have since moved to a big city and no longer have a trusted mechanic and want to try and do this myself. Never did much on cars besides changing brakes, oil, tires, and other things like it. Need help, willing to buy what I need to fix, have a tool kit but the longest extension for my ratchets is about 3 inches, can you please let me know what I need? Any videos and photos appreciated since I learn best that way.

Current Problem
Dies on idle.
Doesn't seem like it dies on park, can start back up right away when it does die. Not much of a problem accelerating and runs fine when giving gas. Hear it revving a little and then almost dying until it actually dies. Feels like it shakes and runs rough in that process.

OBDI or OBD1 codes came back as 35 & 45. Definitions below
Code 35 according to book is idle air control system problem (IAC) - can not set desired rpm OR idle speed actuator (ISA) carbureted system problems (vehicle is NOT carbureted) according to research could be vacuum leak, system too lean, system too rich, foreign material in throttle body, faulty IAC valve electrical connections, faulty PCV, faulty IAC, faulty ECM.Code 44: lean exhaust indicated (left side on dual exhaust model) (NOT a dual exhaust model) Looks like that could be O2 sensor, vacuum, or catalytic according to my research.
Background Vehicle
Bought this thing with 119k miles on it, had it for a year and a half and I'm sitting at ~132k miles. Barnyard find fantastic body garage kept. Changed alternator, recently. Switched out spider injectors about 10,000 miles ago. New Steering wheel column, brake lines bled, coolant flushed, fresh synthetic oil, new heater core, water pump and fuel pump replaced before me but not sure how long before.

Tape on the muffler, smelt like gas sometimes in cab, leaks gas by filler neck under tank when filled all the way only sometimes, sometimes air doesn't really blow through cabin unless jimmy the ac settings a bit, on startup used to think it blew out white smoke, but mechanic said he noticed a little blue smoke thinking it just lays a little onto the manifold and burns when started, doesn't smoke while running.

Has been running great until recently, moved to really cold part of country and towed a trailer all the way up just fine, granted the car ran SLIGHTLY rougher after the haul but just fine. Replaced heater core after haul.

Ask:
Dont know how to get to any of those above parts, where to start, or what I need

Thanks a lot guys
